Grid Town: learn CSS grid by building a town
Grid Town is a CSS game: write real CSS grid to build houses, shops and a park on their lots in a town seen from above, in 32 puzzles. Free to play.
How to play
- Read the puzzle: it says where each building goes, and stakes and rope on the map mark its lot.
- Type CSS in the editor. The town changes as you type, and the grid lines show the numbered lines between the lots.
- A property the puzzle doesn't use is crossed out. Stuck? Open a hint, and after three tries, Show me fills in the answer.
- Every building on its lot solves the puzzle. The 32 puzzles go from display: grid to lines, maps, towns that fit any width, and subgrid.
