Sealed / Final Class

A class that no other class is allowed to inherit from.

What is Sealed / Final Class?

A sealed (C#) or final (Java) class cannot be inherited from. Use it when a class is complete and letting others extend it would cause trouble.

public sealed class Money
{
    // nobody can write: class FakeMoney : Money
}
